1. Team Leader / Project Manager
- Education: Engineering Degree (BSc Civil preferred)
- Experience: 10–15 years in planning, concrete works, machinery, and construction
- Skills: Project scheduling, client coordination, billing, site execution
- Salary: Up to Rs. 150,000/month
2. Site Supervisors (2 Positions)
- Education: DAE (Civil)
- Experience: 15 years in civil works & construction supervision
- Salary: Rs. 60,000 – 80,000/month
3. Quantity Surveyor
- Education: DAE
- Experience: 20 years (including 5 years in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, Billing, and BOQ)
- Salary: Rs. 80,000 – 100,000/month
4. Foreman (Concrete Works)
- Experience: 7–10 years in concrete pouring, rebar, and formwork execution
- Salary: Rs. 50,000 – 75,000/month
5. Foreman (Steel Works & Shuttering)
